Refund policy
Refunds of payments made are automatically issued when a reservation cancellation request is made. Whenever possible, the refund should be made through the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user should provide proof of payment and account or card ownership so that the refund can be made by Bank Transfer. If the refund is made by bank transfer, the customer will have to wait up to 5 working days for the money to be available in their bank account.
Love Scooter commits to returning all received amounts (except bank fees) within a maximum of 5 working days.
No refund will be made if the rental ends earlier, if the customer does not show up to pick up the vehicle or if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours in advance.
