In the event of a mechanical breakdown, the customer must contact Love Scooter informing their exact location and describing the type of breakdown as best as possible. If repair is necessary and possible, the customer must obtain authorization from Love Scooter to do so.
If repair is not possible, Love Scooter will try to replace the broken vehicle as soon as possible.
Love Scooter will reimburse the customer for the time the vehicle is immobilized, if for any reason the replacement of the vehicle is not possible. Love Scooter will reimburse the customer for the full amount of the unused days.
Refunds or vehicle replacements are excluded if they are caused by accidents or mechanical damage caused by falling or misusing the vehicle.
