In case of mechanical failure, the customer must contact Love Scooter informing its exact location and describing the type of failure as best as possible. If repair is necessary and possible, the customer must obtain authorization from Love Scooter to do so.
If repair is not possible, Love Scooter will attempt to replace the broken vehicle as quickly as possible.
Love Scooter will reimburse the customer for the downtime of the vehicle, if for any reason replacement of the vehicle is not possible. Love Scooter will reimburse the customer for the full amount of unused days. Love-Scooter will charge for damages suffered if it is the customer’s responsibility.
Vehicle refunds or replacements are excluded if they are caused by accidents or mechanical damage caused by falling, fuel error or misuse of the vehicle.
The fuel for all scooters, with the exception of electric ones, is gasoline. So adding diesel will cause damage to our scooters. The costs of repairing the damage are fully assumed by the customer. It’s €120 for the Honda Vision 110cc and €170 for the Honda PCX 125cc. VAT is added to the values at the legal rate in force, currently 23%. Our scooters use E5 or E10 gasoline as fuel.
