Our reservation cancellation policy is as follows:
COVID 19
- If it is not possible to carry out the rental due to COVID, a voucher for the total value of the reservation will be given to be used in another rental, by yourself or someone you know.
- If the cancellation is made with more than 72 hours notice, 100% of the amount paid for the reservation being canceled will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made with more than 48 hours notice, 50% of the amount paid for the reservation being canceled will be refunded. Cancellations with notice of less than or equal to 24 hours are not allowed.
- If the reservation cancellation occurs without prior notice, no refund will be made. Love Scooter is not responsible for weather conditions.
- Love Scooter does not guarantee the delivery of quads and premium scooters with reservations made with 1 hour notice.
Important Note: The cancellation request will only be valid if it is made in writing to the reservations email.
