Yes. You can bring your GPS equipment. Love-Scooter Scooters have a smartphone support rental service as an option. All you have to do is check if your GPS equipment works on the support we rent.

Do not. Our facilities do not have an appropriate room for this purpose.
Do not. Our service is restricted to mainland Portugal. It is forbidden to leave Portugal with the Scooter. In case of non-compliance with this rule, you will be prosecuted criminally.

Yes, it is possible. The Love Scooter MotorBike Rental at the Oport city is open every day from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm. (except every Sunday, January 1st, May 1st and December 25th).

No. It is absolutely forbidden to drive any scooter without a helmet. Both the passenger and the driver should wear them.
Damage suffered will only be covered if the customer has subscribed to the VIP insurance add-on. In this case, damage caused to third parties is covered by the third-party damage coverage and the damage suffered with responsibility is fully covered by the own damage coverage, however, there is the payment of the franchise amount, as described in the contract.
The insurance, which is included in the rental price, is a third-party insurance with a deductible. In addition, it includes travel assistance within a pre-determined radius. Damage to the scooter or theft will be covered with a deductible of €500 to €2000, depending on the type of scooter. All accessories (helmets, top case, GPS, gloves, and locks) are not covered by the insurance, and will be charged separately in case of loss or damage.
Yes, but you must consider the limits: the renter cannot drive outside the city or on a highway with a 50cc scooter. With a 125cc or larger scooter, the renter is allowed to drive outside the city. But remember that the roadside assistance service only covers a radius of 100 km from the rental shop.
